During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Delays

Urban Glow Collection is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Urban Glow Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
