Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Glow Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at ugcollective@yahoo.com. Returns must be approved before they are shipped back. Do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Beauty and cosmetic products
  • Earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Intimate apparel
  • Any item showing signs of wear or use

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, please request an approved return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
